If you want a more in-depth family history than that provided by the ‘Premium’ level research package, The History Detective is able to undertake a more in-depth research into your family history for the records within the state of Victoria. This can either be quoted on or provided on an hourly rate over an extended period.

The History Detective provides three levels of family history research depending on your needs for the state of Victoria.
Family History RESEARCH
Basic
$60
This level provides you with up to ten name searches (birth, death and marriage) and provides you with year of event and registration number (for ordering certificate relating to the event). This will be presented in a ‘Family Group Sheet’ in digital format and priced at $60.
Advanced
$300
This includes the ‘Basic’ level of research and includes copies of Wills & Probate files, Inquest files, where available. The results will be delivered in digital format and priced at $300.
Premium
$1,000
This includes the information that is included in the ‘Basic’ and ‘Advanced’ levels of research, but will include up to 20 name searches and the relevant copies of Wills & Probate files, Inquest files as well as name searches in newspapers. The results will be delivered in digital format and priced at $1,000.
